Privacy policy
Your memories are yours.

Overview
POLLY Retro Cam is designed to create and organize photos and videos on your Apple devices. POLLY does not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or use advertising trackers.
Photos, videos, and notes
Captures, written memories, and app preferences are stored on your device. If iCloud backup is available and enabled for POLLY, encrypted app records may be stored in your private iCloud container so you can restore your own archive. POLLY's developer cannot browse your private Camera Roll or iCloud account.
Device permissions
- Camera: used to compose and capture photos and videos.
- Microphone: used only while recording video with sound.
- Photos: used when you choose to save, resave, or remove POLLY-created media in Camera Roll.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions
Apple processes purchases and payment information. RevenueCat receives purchase identifiers, app-user identifiers, and subscription status needed to offer, verify, restore, and manage premium access. POLLY does not receive your full payment-card details.
Analytics and tracking
POLLY does not include third-party advertising trackers. The app does not use your photos, videos, or notes for advertising or model training.
Retention and deletion
You can delete local media from inside POLLY. Camera Roll copies and private iCloud data are controlled through your Apple account and device settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records as required to provide purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Children
POLLY is a general-audience creative camera and does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or profiling.
